We were live at the 1913 Baronet Theater for this one as it sat under threat of eminent domain. A la A Prairie Home Companion, Asbury Radio entertained and informed theater and listening audiences, and interviewed guests about their views on the restored theater's survival as well as how to save it from demolition. Nelson Page, co-host Maire Martello and film producer Ted Manekin joined us.
Pat Fasano, owner of the Baronet, was asked why someone would buy a club and a movie theater in a redevelopment zone. Read his answer here. (Unfortunately, a substantial portion of the show was not recorded.)
